The seventh floor of the University Place Tower in Orem encompasses an office space of 19,232 square feet, where we have recently completed several tenant improvements.
What a stunning space! We are thankful to have collaborated with Dutson Builders, Woodbury Corporation (architects) and Royal Engineering on this project.

The newly finished Izzy Apartments! This housing project, led by @newstargc is a three-level complex located on both sides of 2100 South, between 500 and 600 East in Sugarhouse. We're grateful we got to be part of this great undertaking!

We had the opportunity to get everyone together for our annual employee BBQ last week. Our Project Managers and Estimators served up some amazing pork and chicken nachos for all to inhale and enjoy! We had a great raffle and many laughs were had. We really enjoy getting our team all together to celebrate and show appreciation for all the hard work that gets put in. We have the best electricians around!!

The Citizen in SLC is Complete!
The Citizen is a six story, wood frame and concrete podium multifamily project with 264 units. The building includes 14 two-story townhome style units, 56 studios, 152 one-bedroom units, and 42 two-bedroom units. Amenities include a large central courtyard, pool, hot tub, roof top deck, yoga studio, fitness center, pet wash, bike storage, high tech co-working space, fire pits, smart home technology, and more.

Recently we teamed up with our friends at Bountiful City Power to do a dual meter upgrade. The customers had the old school dual staunch on the curb with both house meters on it. Bountiful Power installed a new transformer, we pulled new lines from that to the individual homes' new meter bases. It was a great team effort to get all this done in one day!

There's a NEW Starbucks in town!! We teamed up with JL Hardy Construction on this 2,150 square foot tenant improvement located at 9946 N. 4800 W. in Cedar Hills, UT. Construction began in October of 2023 and was completed in January 2024.
